Mr. Moss joined the Adams County School District 14 on April 13, 2022. Mr. Moss attended the University of Southern Colorado now Colorado State University Pueblo and graduated in May of 1989. Mr. Moss has over 25 years of financial and operational experience in public school districts in Colorado. Mr. Moss is responsible for the management and oversight of a $225-million-dollar budget. He oversees the Accounting, Budgeting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Purchasing and Federal Programs for the District.

Mr. Moss is a member of the Colorado Association of School Executives (CASE) Department of Business Officials (DBO) committee and a member of the Colorado School District Self Insurance Pool (CSDSIP) finance committee. He was recently given the (DBO) Distinguished Business Award for 2023-2024.
